    Delegate Espinosa moves to amend the Committee Substitute in section one on page four at line eight immediately following the word following by striking the word “amendment” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “amendments”

on line eleven immediately following the word “eighteen (18)” by inserting the following:

On page thirty seven, subdivision 24.l.1, following the word “age” by inserting the following language: “: Provided, except that an occupational permit may be granted at sixteen (16) years of age for the children or grandchildren of licensed permit holders; licensed permit holders being defined for the purposes of this subdivision as owners, breeders, trainers and veterinarians”’ ”_________
